Santa brought the kids a Kitchen set and they loved it. We actually had to bribe Kyson to open his other presents, he wasn't interested after he started cooking. I'm going to have a personal Chef here soon. He makes us say a prayer before he gives us the plastic food. And he has hot pads for when he gets the pans out of the oven and says, " hot, hooot". It's pretty hilirous.12.27.2007

Santa is always a big success in my book. Every year the Saturday before Christmas we go out to Hansel Valley ( a tiny little city i don't know if it really counts as a city if there's only 4-5 residents) to Nate's aunt's house for the Lish's party. It's always so much fun, Santa always stops by and they hook up a big sleigh to their big horses and takes everyone on a sleigh ride singing Christmas songs. Everyone has to sit on Santa's lap (poor Santa) for their gift.
Santa was a big success with Kyson this year. He starred at him the whole time opening his present, like he was trying to figure out who he was. He learned how to say "Santa", "Party" and "presents" during the Holidays. It's pretty cute when everyone would ask him what he wanted Santa to bring him he would simply reply with "presents" duh. I love watching my little guy grow and learn new things.12.17.2007
We had a pretty fun weekend! Kyson and I made sugar cookies with holiday cut outs, he loved playing in the flour, he had it all over his pants, hair, and of course his hands. He was a pretty good helper. We got together with our new neighbors Chris and Trudy and their 2 kids and our friends Brett and Becky and their little guy and built Graham Cracker Houses. Becky and I had it all planned to get the Gingerbread house kits at Walmart and cheat. W should have purchased them a little sooner becuase I went searching for them and asked 3 different workers and sure enough they were all GONE! I wasn't about to bake gingerbread
so we were creative with our graham crackers and candy. we still had a lot of fun and the kids really enjoyed the candy. I must say you can tell that Brett is a Construction worker because his house was the most creative and actually stayed standing. Nate's fell down the second Kyson started adding candy to it. We had a pretty fun night.

I love Christmas it is my favorite time of the year. I love the lights, the trees, the white snow, I love the hussle and Bussle, giving and sharing gifts, the treats, family gatherings, Christmas movies, the Reason for the Season, Christmas Eve at my parents house, everyone is so caring and generous, snuggle with a blanket(or Nate) on the couch with hot cocoa, layering my clothes, the Saviors Birth. I Love it ALL.
I am kinda in a stump though on what to get my kids for Christmas, Taige I bought a kitchen set for with all the supplies to go with, Kyson has been the hardest to buy for- he already has everything to me. So if anyone has any ideas or suggestions I would love to hear. So for now "Tis the Season"
I need to give a Big Thanks to my good friend Shauna for helping me be not such a dummy anymore with my Blog. She stayed on the phone with me last night until 10:00 helping me. So THANK YOU SHAUNA for my cute Blog. love ya

We have had a busy month! We moved into our new home the second week of November and lived out of boxes the first week then cleaned out the apartment and said "Goodbye" YEA! Now that everything is situated we are loving it.
Taige is walking all over the place trying to keep up with her big brother.
I had a pretty hard weekend it brought a lot of memories back from about 6 years ago. When I was still in beauty school 6 years ago my aunt Jamie who is more of a sister then an aunt came to me and said we need to shave my head, 2 weeks after her first set of chemo her hair was falling out in clumps. So I did what she asked with her little boy Jaden who was 3 yelling and crying not to cut his mom's hair like that. My grandma Jamie's mom asked me to do the same thing this weekend. It too was her 2 weeks after her first set of chemo that her hair was falling out. My grandma had good spirits smiling the whole time trying to be so strong for me, my mom, and Jamie. She is such a cute, sweet, loving, strong, cheerful grandma it's sad to have to watch her be in so much pain. It has taught me a lot I complain a lot about having MS but, it won't take me away from my family, like Cancer can. So I am going to be grateful for my disease, because I know that I could have it worse.
